BRAUN BÜFFEL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

At Braun Büffel, we strongly believe in customer satisfaction and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we're happy to accept a return or an exchange. 

 

 

For Purchases Made Online on braunbuffel.com

You may return your merchandise within 14 days of receipt (local and international orders) in new, unused and original packaging condition for Product or Online Store Credits (with 90-days validity) in the same retail value to be used on your next purchase. All return or exchange must be accompanied by an email notification to ecustomercare@braunbuffel.com. Kindly note that no refund of the excess Online Store Credits will be given should the exchanged merchandise be of lower retail value.

*Sale merchandise are not eligible for refund and exchange.

  • No cash refund will be given. A product replacement or online store credits (with 90-days validity) will be given instead.

For Purchases made in Singapore Boutiques

You may exchange your merchandise within 14 days of purchase in new, unused, and original packaging with the original purchase invoice.

An exchange for another Braun Büffel merchandise of equal retail value. The difference will be borne by the customer should the exchange be of a merchandise with a higher retail value. No refund of the excess will be given should the exchanged merchandise be of lower retail value.

 

 

For Purchases made in Singapore Departmental Store Counters

For exchange/refund polices for purchases made in departmental stores, returns/exchanges will be made in accordance to respective departmental store's policies.
